Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean writing back, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people who answer your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to judith.braxton@meetingsnetwork.co, or use the contact form and say what you want done. If you reply “stop” to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
